We are PGC Building + Design, a family owned custom home building and remodeling business in Bend. Ed Busch, III, owner of PGC Building + Design, has been building custom homes and ADUs and providing high-end remodels and home additions since 2006.

Behind The Name

PGC stands for Paule General Contractors, a name that honors Ed's father and his grandfather "Paule", whose outstanding values and integrity shaped the way that PGC does business. The entire Busch family knows the meaning of treating people with honesty and respect and we’ve instilled these values in everything we do.

From our headquarters in Bend, Oregon, PGC Building + Design has built homes in many locations across Central Oregon. We are proud to serve all of Central Oregon including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, Tumalo, Awbrey Butte, Tetherow, Brasada Ranch, Eagle Crest, Caldera Springs, Broken Top and more.
